Solar park Raalte

PowerField has taken over a project from Sunrock, a project developer, for a floating solar park in the municipality of Raalte. The solar park will be realized on the ‘Rekoplas’, a former sand mining lake located between Raalte and Lemelerveld in the Netherlands.

The construction of the solar park is expected to start in the first quarter of 2024. The floating solar park will have a capacity of approximately thirteen MWp. This is roughly equivalent to the consumption of 3,750 average Dutch households. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024.
